| Can you help me shop for a baby gift? By far our best seller is the hooded towel, which makes an excellent baby gift because it lasts well into the preschool years. If the baby hasn't been born yet and you don't know the name or sex, consider a yellow, ivory, or white towel. You can pre-pay the personalization, and we will gladly include a certificate for embroidery once the baby is born. We also do gift certificates in any amount. If you need additional shopping help, please email us. Baby Registry I'm expecting a baby. Can I do a Baby Registry through your site? Absolutely! Having a Baby Registry on our site is very simple. Look through the site and make your selections, then contact us with your information, and we will have a page on the website dedicated to your requests. Shipping Can you do the gift wrapping and shipping for me? Yes, we are happy to gift wrap and ship your package. All gifts that are shipped are wrapped in coordinating tissue paper and include a personalized card. All packages are mailed FedEx Ground. For shipping rates see Terms and Conditions under "Shipping". Turnaround time What is your usual turnaround time? How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow at least 10 business days for production of your order. Most orders are completed before that. If you need your order as soon as possible, indicate that when placing your order. Please note that beginning January 1, 2007, there will be a $10 rush order charge. |
