Cancellation Policy Once an order is placed for a personalized item, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Payment is due upon order placement. Please keep in mind that each item is specifically and custom made just for you. Any personalized item is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Return Policy All sales are final due to the custom nature of each product. Please review your order and invoice to verify spelling, design, and color choices. If there is an error on the part of Kelsi Borman Designs, we will happily exchange the item, as long as you notify within 21 days of receipt. Please email us as soon as possible upon receipt of your order if there is a problem or concern with any item.
