To place an order, please email me and include the following ...

We will email you the invoice and Paypal link for payment.  Payment must be received at time of order placement, and order will not be processed until payment has been received.  Prompt payment is appreciated.

If your item needs to be shipped to someone as a gift, in addition please indicate the following:

3. 3. Message for enclosure card, if applicable
   

All shipments will be sent via FedEx Home Delivery.  Smaller orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  You will receive a shipment confirmation from either fedex or usps when your order ships.  Also, please note that in the interest of going green, recycling, and saving trees, we occasionally will use recycled boxes for shipments.
